Once you place an order, we’ll send you an order confirmation email. An
order status update will follow once your order has been processed. You

Gentle Reminder
Most orders are shipped the next business day. International package Duties and taxes to be paid by the recipient. All shipping days are measured in business days and depend on location. If the destination is outside a major metropolitan area, delivery time may increase. Business Days are Monday to Friday (non-holiday).

International Shipping
Yes. We do offer international shipping. It does come with a few stipulations. International shipping is available to all countries and is FREE as long as you make a minimum purchase of $99. You can find the rates applicable on the banner image at the top of the page. Taxes and duties are paid for by the receiving party. We don’t accept returns from international customers unless we sent a damaged item or we sent the wrong item.

Local Pickup
If you are local to our pickup location (Los Angeles, CA) we offer curbside pickup as an option. When your order is ready, we will send you an email with instructions on what to do next. Bear in mind, this is curbside pickup only. We do not have a physical store to try on merchandise, browse, or similar. Please stay in your vehicle and someone will come down to drop off your order for you.

Order Delay
The Dress Outlet has integrated fraud filters to protect our customers
from any suspicious or fraudulent charges. If your order is flagged for
review by our fraud prevention system, we might very well request
additional information before processing it. You will be contacted as
soon as possible about this matter, and we ask that you contact us back
immediately to verify your order and to avoid any further delays. Any
order held by our fraud prevention system for verification purposes may
be delayed until the necessary information is received and the
confirmation process has been completed. Any shipping delays or
additional upgrades caused by this verification process are the
customer’s responsibility.
